I don’t know about you, but every now and again I like to experience a little bit of luxury. And luxury is certainly what you will find at the Gold Coast’s new Rhapsody Resort. Not to mention the absolutely stunning views as well!
Recently, I was lucky enough to have a little sneak peak at the new Rhapsody Resort.
Opened in May 2015, Rhapsody Resort covers 41 floors and has a mix of accommodation options available. You can choose from studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartments. The rooms feature king size beds which can be configured as singles if required. All apartments have well equipped kitchens with a full size refrigerator and a full laundry. The one and two bedroom apartments have balconies that offer spectacular views of the ocean. The apartments are a decent size with modern decor and furniture.
The facilities at Rhapsody Resort are pretty special too. On the ground floor you will find a gorgeous pool and spa area. On level 27 there is a residents gym, with a spectacular view to inspire you whilst you work out. Also on level 27 there is a residents lounge and another terrace area. There are also two rooms that could be used for meetings or small conferences.
But by far the best part of Rhapsody Resort is the Rooftop Terrace. Offering almost 360` degree views of Surfers Paradise, it would be the perfect spot to relax with family or friends. With the addition of a couple of gas heaters it was a comfortable and inviting area for a drink.
It was a spectacular site watching the last of the daylight disappear and the lights of the Gold Coast turn on.
Once you’ve parked your car in the secure underground car park of Rhapsody Resort you won’t need to move it again The Surfers Paradise North light rail stop is just 50 metres away, making it easy to travel into Cavill Mall, Jupiters Casino or the newly refurbished Pacific Fair. I love the Gold Coast light rail system for getting around without the hassle of trying to find a park.
If you would like to experience Rhapsody Resort for yourself then head over to their website for more information. I won’t pretend that it is a ‘cheap’ accommodation option, but if you fancy a little bit of a luxury getaway or have a special occasion coming up then this could just be the place for you.
oooh la la. Looks divine!
It was indeed…they have some good specials on at the moment too.
Oh it looks good. I’ve been keeping an eye out for a place to stay on GC for a little while 🙂
It was more than good…the rooms were gorgeous but the roof top terrace was the best!
